The Center for Digital Participation brings together proven experts in the field of digital participation to realize research projects and communicate research results to the public. The focus is on interdisciplinary analysis, the derivation of theoretically and empirically broadly based recommendations and their transfer to teaching and practice.
Prof. Dr. Christian Pentzold is the editor of the newly published Handbook of Peer Production. The handbook outlines central concepts, examines current and emerging areas of application and analyses the forms and principles of commons-based cooperation.
The project, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, actively involves people in co-creation workshops.
